Soulfood Alpacas raises Huacaya alpacas and French and Satin angora rabbits. The animals, fiber, and yarn are offered for sale. In addition, their twenty acres is home to the Children's Alpaca School, which hosts fiber arts classes for kids.

Historical Sites and Events

"Preserving the past through living history"
Minnesota Pioneer Park
located at the east edge of Annandale on Hwy 55, a one hour drive northwest of Minneapolis

Minnesota Pioneer Park is one of the area's original homesteads, with the house and barn dating to the 1800's. An 1880 log cabin, a church, a schoolhouse, and a township hall were brought to the site. A turn-of-the--century main street, with 14 buildings including artifacts, is also part of the historical site. There is plenty of room to picnic and play. Pioneer Park is open for self-guided tours Memorial Day through Labor Day. Guided tours for groups are available by reservation.

Tuesday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm - Saturday and Sunday, 1-5 pm
Closed Mondays except on National Holidays, 10 am to 5 pm
